A Little About Me

I was born and raised in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan  where I graduated from Vanier Collegiate High School. Upon graduation I attended University on a Baseaball Scholarship at Dickinson State University. While at Dickinson State, I studied Physical Education and graduated in December 2005. Immediately following graduation, I was hired as a K-12 Physical Education teacher in Island Lake, Saskatchewan. I taught there from January 2006-June 2007. In August 2007, I married my wife Jennifer in Red Lodge, MT and moved to Tri-Cities, Washington. I was hired there as a Juvenile Detention Officer and worked with incarcerated youth for one year. In 2008, we moved to Billings, Montana and I was hired at Crow Agency Elementary School, in Hardin, MT. I taught there for six years, teaching physical education/health to K-5th grade students. During my final year at Crow Agency School, I started working on my M.S. in Educational Leadership. In 2015, I completed my degree and was fortunate to get hired at Olney Bissell School, right here in the Flathead Valley. I am married to my beautiful wife Jennifer and have two kids Bailee (7) and Carter(4).
